Retro Arizona "Bear Down" Vintage Heavyweight Tee

While "Bear Down" may feel like an unusual cheer for the Wildcats, the phrase was originally coined by the school's 1926 student body president and quarterback, John Byrd "Button" Salmon. After he was critically injured in a car crash, his last words to the coach were, "Tell them... tell them to bear down."
