Indianapolis 500 90s-Inspired Bomber Jacket

Indianapolis 500 90s-Inspired Bomber Jacket

We designed this jack to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the 1996 Indianapolis 500, which was the 80th running of the iconic race; it features the 1996 race logo and meticulous, '90s-inspired design elements, to put it over the top. The lead up to the race was filled with speculation and off-track drama over "the Split" between CART and the newly formed Indy Racing League, but the 500 itself dazzled fans, as always. Buddy Lazier won the race, and soon-to-be NASCAR staple Tony Stewart earned Rookie of the Year honors and pole position.
