As Drake surges in men’s basketball once more, we brought back the script Drake used on its 1968-69 uniforms; the look is synonymous with the Bulldogs’ Final Four appearance in 1969 (the team’s only appearance, for now). The Bulldogs, who won their conference championship that season, won the Midwest region, and narrowly lost to eventual champion UCLA. In the national third place game, Drake defeated North Carolina handily, 104-84.
